This Black Friday offer (“Offer”) entitles the customer to free kitchen worktops up to a maximum value of £6,000 (incl VAT), subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

To qualify for this Offer, the Customer must purchase a complete kitchen with a minimum total value of £50,000 (excl VAT). The complete kitchen must include at least cabinetry, worktops and appliances.

Free Worktop Value

The free worktop is available to customers who meet the criteria outlined in the section above and will be provided up to a maximum value of £6,000 (incl VAT). For worktops which cost more than £6,000, the additional cost will be paid by the customer.

Exclusions

This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions, including but not limited to trade discounts, seasonal discounts or package deals. The Offer is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or any other products or services.

Minimum Spend Requirement

The minimum value of the complete kitchen order must be £50,000 (excl VAT). This total must include the combined cost of at least cabinetry, worktops and appliances and any other product or services purchased from Sola Kitchens as part of the kitchen, such as installation services.

Offer Period

The Offer is valid only for kitchens commissioned before 31 December 2024 where the commissioning deposit is paid before this date.

Delivery

The worktops will be delivered and installed as part of the complete kitchen once the full kitchen is confirmed and paid for, subject to Sola Kitchens’ Standard terms. This offer is valid for delivery to UK addresses only.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Offer at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws. Any changes to the Offer or its terms will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

Liability

The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the client’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the Offer.

Governing Law

These Conditions and the Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all disputes under them will be decided in the courts of England and Wales

By participating in this Offer, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
