• The promoter is Sola Kitchens registered businesses in England.
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom ONLY, aged 18 years or over. All Sola Kitchens employees, partners, and/or their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation may not participate in the promotion.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are posted on Sola Kitchens’ Instagram account.
• Closing date for entry will be 23:59 GMT, 14/07/2023.
• After this date, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Follow Sola Kitchens on Instagram. Like and save the pinned post on Sola Kitchens Instagram account. Tag a friend you would like to take with you (multiple entries allowed by tagging one friend per comment).
• Sola Kitchens reserves the right to cancel or amend this competition or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The prize is as follows: Flights and accommodation for 2 in Stockholm up to the value of £1500.

• The voucher will cover flights and accommodation ONLY.
• The Travel Counsellors representative will work with the winner to find the best deal on flights and hotel for the winner’s preferred travel dates.
• If the holiday costs more than £1500, then the winner will be responsible to cover the additional costs.
• Transfers to and from the airport in the UK and Stockholm are not included. No optional flight/board/accommodation supplements are included in the prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
• The winner will be announced on Monday 17/07/2023 via our Insta-story and will be notified directly on Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• Any winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
